Good place if you have a dog. It's very pet friendly. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. The rooms are clean and open for you and your pets. A huge amount of land and plenty of places to walk your dogs on the property. The free breakfast isn't cheap, it has everything your heart could desire for breakfast. Great place to stay! I would definitely go back next time I'm in Maine for a few days. I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

A nasty storm and a migraine forced me and my family with dogs to seek a room. They had a room, gave a discount because it was late already, and were super friendly. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was all very friendly. Prices all good. Would 💯 stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for 6 days. Charles was very helpful and has a great sense of humor. Excellent customer service! Room was very nice, grounds were well kept, very quiet and dog friendly. Pool and BBQ area was great as well. Thank you Charles from your friends Kathy & Brian from Delaware! We'll see you again!

Charles is Great! Funny! Always has a room for me. Once said, he'd put me in a closet if he couldn't find me a room. Lol. My go to Hotel. Free continental Breakfast has a fine selection to start your day.

Friendly staff, nice pool, clean rooms, good breakfast, and dogs are welcome. What more could you want? It isn't fancy, but still quite charming & well-cared for. Will definitely stay here again.

This motel is ...HOME AWAY from HOME for us every time we came to Maine. From a Beautiful and spacious room, to the Lovely walls decor, A Very Large Flat Screen TV, a VERRY comfortable bed, and Most Of All, SPICK and SPAN CLEAN, it s more that ANY motel will offer.(we always have a King Room) Fresh new paint and Wall panels, gives the room such a Homey feeling. The grounds are SO Well kept, with tables and umbrellas and beautiful colorful hanging plants. There are grills in the back and a pool. Plenty of Continental Breakfast. But the MOST , it's the WARMTH of the place. Don is very helpful in the evening at the arrival, gets the room ready, and comes down to explain everything. The last but not the least , Charlie, The Owner is just Such a pleasure to talk and be with. He is always there in the morning, extremely friendly and helpful with everything you need. Looking forward to our next visit next year.

Honestly this place was terrific. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were accommodating and extraordinarily caring. I have absolutely zero complaints and would stay again.

Needed a place to stay for a night. Saw the other reviews here and gave it a shot. Glad we did. Had a room with a king sized bed and the room was large. Room was cleaned and appeared to be recently painted. Bed was comfortable. It was warm the day we were there but the AC took care of that in time. The small fridge was nice and kept our drinks cool. If you eat in your room, there isn't much space there and only one chair by the writing table. Check in was easy and friendly. Small continental breakfast is available. Not many dining options nearby. We went to the grocery store about 10 miles away and brought back a couple of sandwiches. Price was nice, top. Overall, we were happy with the place and would recommend it.

My sister and I decided to go up for the beginning of the local Christmas festival. We just needed a place for one night and she found the perfect spot. We got the last room they had available. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well-priced. Also, I love their outside Christmas decorations. I jumped out of the car and regressed to a 5 year old when I saw their animatronic Rudolph characters. Our room was spacious, with two large beds, a giant TV, kitchenette and bath. Everything we needed for a comfortable night out of the cold. I would definitely stay there again.

Cute, renovated motel. The rooms were immaculate and spacious with a full fridge and microwave. The breakfast nice and the new playground equipment a plus. The manager is very friendly as well. Great value!
